Body: Tengu are typically small, and Tuk-tuk is no exception. At a mere 4'5" and 76 pounds, he's unlikely to strike fear into the hearts of his enemies based on appearances alone. Sure, he has the oil-black feathers of crowkind, but that's where his threatening-ship ends, accompanied by an almost constantly half-smiling beak and twinkling eyes, and a youthful energy of movement. Said golden eyes grant him low-light vision, although he can't quite see in full darkness. Honestly the most impressive thing about him is his seeming inability to die. Frail and fragile, he somehow escapes by the skin of his teeth every time. Not that he has teeth. Because he's a birdman. A manbird. Tenguthing. He wears plain leather armour for the time being.
Spirit: high charisma. he does not actually squawk softly. he's not charming he's just bizarrely captivating. looking away from an impassioned trainwreck is hard. minimal self-preservation despite tiny frail birdy. how has he not died. we honestly don't know.
History: once killed a man in reno just to watch him die (and also because he worshipped a different religion which is The One True Sin)
